One Family! We are looking to hire a Nutrition Services Clerk! As a Nutrition Services Clerk at Mercy. One, you will be r esponsible for enhancing patient and family satisfaction by collecting and recording their food selections. Assists in ensuring that patients receive foods/meals according to their prescribed diet.

Works closely with Clinical Nutrition and other IDT to ensure patient's nutrition needs are being met . Adheres to Mercy. One's performance expectations and performs all defined services and other related duties in accordance with the Mission, Vision and Values of Mercy. One .

What You'll Do

Assists in assuirng patients receive food according to prescribed diets. Maintains excellent customer relations, displaying a professional image. Offers appropriate food suggestions to patients in order to meet their needs/preferences. Reports concerns to RD's, Nurse managers, and other team members. Inputs patient's meal preference/menu choices.

Delivers room service trays and late trays withing target delivery time. Schedule: Full-Time, 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week) Varied shifts based on departmental needs Weekend and holiday rotation required General Requirements: Requires the ability to read, write and understand the English language, and communicate effectively with patients, visitors, staff and physicians while performing their job duties.

A bility to measure weights/volume . B asic math Mandatory Reporter Training Strong customer relations and communication skills.

Education
