Job description
As a Senior Technical Lead, you will: Lead the architecture, design, and development of Java/J2EE applications using Spring Boot and RESTful APIs. Provide technical guidance to developers and ensure adherence to best practices in coding, design, and application performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Conduct code reviews, identify and resolve technical issues, and ensure high system reliability and performance. Mentor junior developers to support their technical growth and contribute to the overall strength of the team. Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in Java development, microservices, and cloud platforms.
What You Bring to the Table: 10+ years of experience in Java/J2EE development, with a strong background in system design and architecture. Proven expertise in Spring Boot and RESTful API development. Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Strong database skills with SQL, MySQL, or Oracle.
A proactive attitude towards performance optimization, debugging, and problem-solving. Excellent leadership and communication skills with a track record of guiding teams and delivering complex solutions. You should possess the ability to: Architect and build modern, scalable, and high-performance applications. Lead end-to-end solution delivery, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues with minimal supervision. Balance project deadlines with code quality and performance requirements. Guide team members and contribute to a collaborative and high-performing environment.
