Guest Experience Specialist - Front Desk/Med Spa
Job description
Practice: VIO Med Spa (Queen Creek, AZ) Location: The Switchyard, 21789 South Ellsworth, Ste 102, Queen Creek, AZ 85142 (On-Site, Pre-Opening) Schedule: Part-Time to start, scaling as the center ramps; may include evenings, weekends, and holidays Compensation: $18-$20/hr base + performance incentives + membership bonus Employment: Part-Time | W2 | On-Site Be the first voice and the first face of a brand-new VIO Med Spa in Queen Creek's premium Switchyard district.
You own the guest experience from the first phone call through checkout, help build the membership base from zero, and back up center leadership as VIO's newest Arizona location gets off the ground. About the Opportunity VIO Med Spa is a Nashville-based, nationally recognized franchise, named Entrepreneur Magazine's #1 Med Spa Franchise for three consecutive years.
This location is the first of several planned Arizona locations. Located in The Switchyard, Queen Creek's premier walkable dining and retail destination, you'll be part of one of metro Phoenix's fastest-growing communities, with an engaged, on-site ownership team and corporate marketing and patient-acquisition support behind you.
As the Guest Experience Specialist, you run the front desk and the front of house: the first impression every guest gets and the person who keeps the schedule, the phones, and the guest journey running smoothly. You'll work closely with the Spa Manager, the Lead NP/PA, and the Esthetician, and you'll help set the guest-experience standard this location runs on from day one.
What You Will Do
Deliver exceptional service across phone, text, online inquiries, check-in, check-out, and follow-up communication. Manage scheduling to support provider productivity and guest satisfaction, including confirmations and waitlist management. Ensure intake forms, required documentation, and consents are completed accurately and on time.
Educate guests on memberships, service offerings, and promotions, and support membership enrollment and rebooking in a consultative, education-first way, never pushy. Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming reception and retail area. Support the center's opening: help shape front-of-house standards, contribute to local marketing and community outreach, and act as a backup to the Spa Manager as needed.
Requirements
What We Need High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Strong organization, multitasking, and time management ability in a fast-paced environment. Comfort discussing pricing and membership options. 1 to 3+ years of experience in med spa, aesthetics, luxury retail, hospitality, wellness, concierge, or membership sales, experience with scheduling, CRM, or spa management software (Zenoti a plus), experience meeting service or conversion goals, and knowledge of med spa services and wellness offerings are all strong advantages.
Benefits
Schedule + Compensation $18-$20/hr base, depending on experience, plus performance incentives, including a rebooking bonus and a $20 bonus for every membership you help enroll. This is a part-time role to start, scaling toward more hours as the center ramps. The schedule may include evenings, weekends, and holidays based on guest demand; exact weekly hours will be confirmed closer to opening.
This is a brand-new opening, targeted for December 2026, with training and launch activities ahead of the center's public opening. If you want to help build a guest-experience standard from day one and grow with the center, the timing lets you plan ahead.
