STH is seeking a Junior Outside Sales Representative to join our Municipal & Industrial Sales team. This role is designed for a motivated, relationship-driven individual who enjoys meeting new people, solving customer challenges, and building long-term business relationships.
Working alongside an experienced Senior Sales Representative, you will focus on developing new business opportunities, growing existing accounts, and building relationships with municipalities, contractors, consulting engineers, and industrial customers throughout Maryland's Eastern Shore and Delaware. This position provides extensive training and mentorship while offering significant opportunities for career growth.
