OST Performance Coordinator

The OST Performance Coordinator proactively engages the diverse sector Out of School Time (OST) programs throughout Philadelphia to cultivate a community of performance measurement and improvement that moves OST providers along a continuum of program quality consistent with the City of Philadelphia’s vision for quality; ensuring and advancing the use of structured activities in OST programs; and developing and promoting professional development activities for OST providers.
