Job description
Ensures the successful daily operation of a retail banking branch by direct supervision through monitoring, coaching, teaching, and evaluating. Demonstrates ability to coach and motivate staff in order to achieve stated bank goals and maximize sales skills. Ensures branch is compliant with all applicable regulations. Ensures first line of defense procedures and monitoring are followed to mitigate fraud.
Delegates authority, administers payroll, and oversees the implementation of bank policies and procedures. Estimated Starting Salary is $79,725 to $99,630/Annually.
