Job description

As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you will: Design and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases based on product requirements and technical specifications. Perform manual and automated testing to validate application functionality and ensure product quality. Track, document, and manage bugs and issues using tools like Jira, collaborating closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.

Conduct regression testing to verify that recent changes do not negatively impact existing features. Evaluate application performance, scalability, and stability through targeted performance testing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and UX designers to support high-quality product delivery.

Actively contribute to the improvement of QA processes, testing strategies, and quality standards across projects. What You Bring to the Table: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. At least 4 years of hands-on experience in quality assurance, testing methodologies, and QA tools.

Proficiency in conducting various types of testing including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing. Experience with automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG. Solid knowledge of scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript. Familiarity with SDLC and Agile development practices.

You Should Possess the Ability To: Analyze requirements and translate them into actionable test cases. Identify, report, and follow up on bugs with precision and clarity. Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats. Work independently while contributing to a collaborative, team-based environment. Quickly adapt to new tools and technologies in a dynamic Agile environment.
