We are seeking an experienced and motivated Fire Services Area Manager to lead fire protection operations and business development across East Texas and North Louisiana. This role is responsible for overseeing fire alarm, fire suppression, and fire sprinkler inspection, service, installation, and maintenance operations while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, team performance, regulatory compliance, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise in fire protection systems, and experience managing service teams, projects, and customer relationships. Experience working within industrial environments is preferred.
