In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to recruit new riders through offline channels. You will collaborate with potential local partners and organisations to achieve recruitment targets and ensure a steady pipeline of qualified riders.

Identify and approach potential partners for offline rider recruitment collaborations.

Organise and participate in offline recruitment events and campaigns.

Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to expand recruitment channels.

Track, analyse, and report on recruitment performance and optimise strategies accordingly.
