The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for enhancing the overall Resident experience by ensuring all areas of the community are neat, orderly, and welcoming for guests. The attention to detail and cleanliness of the community is paramount in delivering on the level of service Grand Living promises to its residents and their family members.
The Housekeeping Assistant is to model The Sterling Touch® friendly, courteous, helpful, timely and professional manner, resulting in a very high level of Resident satisfaction while providing housekeeping services and upkeep of all common areas and resident apartments.
