Product Manager - AI Native

The role This is a product manager role for someone with strong engineering depth. You will take ideas from zero to working systems. You will build, iterate, and ship products using modern AI-assisted development environments while maintaining strong product thinking. You are expected to operate across product and engineering without clear boundaries.

What you’ll do Build end-to-end product systems using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, and similar environments Translate product ideas into working implementations with minimal dependency layers Design scalable architectures for AI-powered products Work across frontend, backend, and AI layers Iterate rapidly based on real usage and feedback Collaborate with PMs and designers while also working independently Optimize systems for performance, cost, and reliability Contribute to both technical and product decisions Requirements Who we’re looking for Strong engineering background with full-stack capabilities Experience using AI-assisted development tools in real projects Strong product sense and understanding of user needs Ability to ship quickly while maintaining quality where it matters Experience working with APIs, LLMs, and modern architectures High ownership and accountability Nice to have Experience building AI-first applications Familiarity with agent frameworks or orchestration systems Experience shipping production systems end-to-end Public projects, GitHub work, or side builds Benefits What we offer High ownership across product and engineering Opportunity to build real products from scratch Fast-moving environment with minimal process overhead A role at the intersection of AI, product, and engineering
