Job Description: Maintenance Assistant
Position Summary
Performs maintenance and repairs of the physical structures of buildings and grounds and any other tasks assigned. Performs preventive maintenance according to Policy and Procedure Manual and the Total Equipment Lifecycle System (TELS) program.
Essential Duties
Maintain required TELs program, Life/Safety and Preventive Maintenance Binders. Abide by all State and Federal safety regulations including Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and National Fire Prevention Association (NEPA), as well as State Regulations.
