Job description
The HRBP will serve as the HR partner for the Agri Products cluster comprising of multiple businesses and 300+ employees. This role involves overseeing end-to-end HR activities and collaborating closely with business leaders. The successful candidate will drive strategic HR decisions, ensure compliance, and foster a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts for the cluster from sourcing of candidates to salary fitments and offer closures Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs and execute recruitment strategies. Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
- Learning and Development: Design and implement training programs to reflect future business needs and requirements Monitor training effectiveness and adjust programs as needed Oversee skill development centre for factory workers
- Recognition and Rewards (R&R): Implement R&R programs to motivate and retain employees. Recognize outstanding contributions across the cluster.
- Business Partnership: Drive workforce planning and talent management initiatives. Monitor HR metrics and propose improvements. Build strong relationships with business leaders. Understand business challenges and provide HR solutions. Act as a trusted advisor on people-related matters.
- Miscellaneous Act as custodian of employee engagement Handle employee grievances and maintain a positive ER landscape Ensure adherence to labour laws, safety regulations, and factory compliance standards for 7+ CMUs in the business cluster Requirements MBA with a specialization in HR from a Tier 1 institute Proven experience of 3 to 7 years as an HRBP or HR Generalist, preferably in agri-business or related industries Strong knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and best HR practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
