Designation: Network & IT Infrastructure Engineer/ Desktop Support Engineer Domain: IT Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field Years of Experience: Minimum 3 Years Location: NIBM Road, Kondhwa, Pune Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT professional with 2–3 years of experience in network infrastructure, desktop support, and Office 365 administration.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing IT support activities for a small to mid-sized organization, including network troubleshooting, system support, hardware handling, and end-user issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain basic network infrastructure operations. Configure and troubleshoot IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and network connectivity issues. Support firewall configurations and basic network security practices. Understand and assist in load balancing setup and troubleshooting. Provide desktop and laptop support for Windows-based systems.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, I/O devices, printers, and peripheral-related issues. Handle day-to-day IT support activities for office users. Install, configure, and troubleshoot Office 365 applications and user-related issues. Manage basic Office 365 administration, including Outlook setup, Teams, OneDrive, and user support.

Support user onboarding/offboarding activities and system setup. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for IT infrastructure requirements. Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.

Required Skills

2–3 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and desktop support. Good understanding of: TCP/IP networking DNS & DHCP IP assignment and sub netting basics Firewall fundamentals Load balancing concepts Experience with Office 365 setup, configuration, and troubleshooting. Strong knowledge of Windows OS, desktop/laptop hardware, and peripherals.

Familiarity with small office IT infrastructure management. Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
