KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets Develop and implement sales strategies Monitor market trends and competitor activities Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports Support and train sales staff to enhance productivity Requirements EDUCATION QUALIFICATION: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business administartion or related field EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 1 year in sales, preferably in microfinance or financial services.
