Job description
The Manager, Products & Services will support sourcing of product, services and contract management processes throughout First. Key Homes to drive savings and cycle time improvement initiatives. This role will meet with business leaders to assess their product and services needs, facilitate market and costs analyses, perform competitive bidding, manage contracts and ensure performance standards are upheld.
S/he will execute current sourcing and contract management processes throughout the organization. This leader will work in a fast pace, high-growth company that requires being adaptable, ability to work with undefined processes and the need to respond with a sense of urgency.
