This permanent opportunity is ideal for a social media professional with a passion for digital storytelling, community engagement and luxury travel.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day running of the company's social media platforms. Schedule and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube. Drive community engagement through active monitoring and response management. Ensure all content aligns with brand strategy and platform best practices. Monitor social media performance and report on key KPIs.

Identify trends and opportunities to improve content performance. Support internal teams with social media guidance, training and content. Manage YouTube content and assist with video content strategy. Source and leverage user-generated content. Assist with influencer campaigns and collaborate with digital marketing teams.

Maintain accurate tagging, hashtags, links and tracking standards.

Requirements

Previous experience managing multiple social media platforms. Experience scheduling and publishing content using social media management tools. Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance optimisation. Experience reporting on social media KPIs. Excellent copywriting, editing and written communication skills.

Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve performance. Proactive, collaborative and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience within the travel, hospitality or luxury sector will be highly advantageous. Package Negotiable salary depending on experience.
