AGM - Contract (Data Centre)

Requirements:-

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Work Experience 12–15 years of relevant experience in construction contracts and commercial management.
• At least 5 years in a senior management position (Senior Manager, Head of Contracts, AGM level, etc.).
• Proven experience handling large-scale projects, preferably: Data centres Technical Knowledge Strong understanding of:
• PAM contracts (Malaysia)
• Contract administration
• Claims and variation management
• Procurement and tendering
• Cost control and budgeting
• Dispute resolution
• Data Centre-Specific Experience Scope:
• Leading QS teams.
• Stakeholder management with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Negotiation and risk management.
• Strategic planning and commercial decision-making.
