Job description
As a Relief Worker, you will provide vital front-line coverage across various programs, stepping in wherever support is most needed. This position includes interacting directly with clients, many of whom are under the influence, to assess their needs and monitor withdrawal symptoms for safety. You will build rapport through one-on-one care, assist with hygiene and unit cleanliness, and provide immediate response to crisis situations.
From conducting outdoor safety rounds to ensuring a clean environment, your adaptability as part of the team ensures the consistent wellbeing and dignity of every Alpha House client.
