- Optimising campaigns, activities and the commercial calendar to increase visitation.
- Use knowledge of our markets and competitors to secure a range mix that is appropriate for our national market therefore maximising our competitive advantage and widening our customer base.
- I choose and present the IKEA range to reflect its width and depth in order to inspire and satisfy our visitors’ different tastes.
- I see the stores through the eyes of my customers and give constructive, honest feedback to my store commercial activity leaders on how they can improve the shopping experience for our customers.
- Leading & evaluating the planning process for my country, co-operating with and influencing our selling units to maximise the commercial opportunities by selecting and communicating products effectively to grow sales and generate more visits.
- Knowing our range, global/national priorities, volume commitments, local market and competition, using this information to contribute to the country business plan and commercial calendar.
- Proactively working with the commercial calendar, co-ordinating all national campaigns, activities and products with high commercial potential, including Market-specific (Free Range), planning well in advance to secure availability and communicating these plans.
