Stats is an award-winning, AI-native engineering company focused on building practical AI, data, and cloud-enabled solutions for financial services and other mission-critical industries. We are actively building our Wealth Management and Compliance technology portfolio, including Compliance. Assist — an AI-enabled compliance product initially designed for AMCs regulated by SEBI, with identified potential to extend to AIFs and PMS firms.
This role will focus on validating the integration between our agentic AI quoting platform and Submission. Link. AI agents consume Small Business Owner information provided through Submission. Link (backed by our data models) to create insurance applications. The role will verify that the correct data is accurately represented throughout the user experience.
Primary Responsibilities
- Validate data provided by Submission. Link against expected business information
- Verify AI agents correctly consume and apply Submission. Link data when creating insurance applications
- Identify data mapping, transformation, and/or integration defects
- Validate UI accurately reflects data provided through the AI workflow
- Develop integration and regression tests covering common and edge-case business scenarios
- Work closely with Data Intelligence and Engineering teams to isolate whether issues originate in source data, integration, or the front end Requirements Required Experience
- Strong API and integration testing experience
- Experience validating complex data models across multiple systems
- Ability to trace data from source to UI and identify issues
- Experience testing systems with non-deterministic or probabilistic outcomes
- Strong analytical and investigative skills
- Experience creating detailed test cases focused on data integrity Preferred Experience
- Experience testing AI, LLM, or agentic AI applications
- Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP)
- Experience validating structured data consumed by AI systems
- Insurance, quoting, or underwriting domain experience (nice to have)
