Job description

Colonial. Webb is seeking an experienced Plumbing Service Specialist to support our growing Service Projects team. This role is ideal for a plumbing industry professional who combines strong technical expertise with estimating, project development, and customer relationship skills. As a Plumbing Service Specialist, you'll work closely with customers, our sales and operations teams to develop project scopes, prepare estimates and proposals, and support successful project execution.

You'll play a key role in driving service project growth while helping customers identify and implement solutions that meet their facility needs. Who we are At Colonial. Vehicle Allowance Career development and progression 401(k) plan with company match PTO and paid holidays Excellent medical, dental, life, vision and disability benefits Employee Assistance Program Employee referral incentives What You'll Do Conduct jobsite surveys and assess customer needs Develop project scopes, estimates, and proposals Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams Support project planning, budgeting, and contract negotiations Present solutions and assist with closing project opportunities Facilitate project turnover meetings with operations teams Serve as a subject matter expert for plumbing service offerings Mentor field teams and support continuous process improvement What We're Looking For 10+ years of experience in the plumbing, HVAC, or related mechanical services industry Experience in service operations, estimating, sales, or project development Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, installation, and service practices Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business software Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the service territory EOE M/W/Disability/Vets Veterans and those with previous military experience are encouraged to apply
