- Azure Cloud Fundamentals Key Responsibilities:
- Manage S/4HANA HANA system monitoring and administration
- Handle high-priority incidents (P1/P2) and coordinate with MIM teams
- Drive bridge meetings with vendors, clients, and stakeholders
- Troubleshoot alerts and ensure smooth SAP operations
- Collaborate with external customers regularly Required Soft Skills: ✔ Excellent communication and written skills ✔ Strong stakeholder management experience ✔ Ability to work in high-pressure production support environments
