We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to focus on visual conceptualization and creative execution for our high-profile events. Specializing in experiential design and open to leveraging AI tools, we invite forward-thinking creatives to join us in driving the future of corporate events. How you will make an impact This position requires extreme agility and a proactive approach to delivering high-quality visual solutions under urgent timelines.
As the Senior Graphic Designer, you will: Lead the visual conceptualization and design execution for high-profile B2B events, corporate conferences, and exhibitions. Deliver "out-of-the-box" creative solutions that elevate our clients' brands and move away from standard, rigid corporate designs. Work with a strong sense of urgency to turnaround high-quality designs for fast-moving, high-priority projects.
Integrate and leverage AI design tools to streamline workflows, experiment with new styles, and enhance creative outputs. Collaborate closely with the servicing and marketing teams to ensure all visual assets align with the overarching event theme and client expectations.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years proven track record in graphic design, specifically within the events and exhibition industry. Strong creative thinking and ability to convert event themes into impactful, out-of-the-box actionable visual plans. Excellent technical design skills, mastery of industry-standard software, and an eagerness to learn and adopt AI tools.
Sound understanding of event branding, spatial design trends, and creative strategies. A highly motivated, fun, and energetic approach, with a passion for pushing creative boundaries and delivering excellence. Entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work independently as well as part of a highly collaborative team. Resilience and persistence in navigating urgent timelines and delivering high-quality work under pressure.
