Project Manager (Web Delivery)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of digital web projects across multiple technology platforms, including WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)/Adobe ecosystem, and AWS. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile project delivery, stakeholder management, and coordinating cross-functional engineering teams to ensure successful project execution.

This role requires excellent planning, communication, and governance skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams while maintaining delivery quality, timelines, and transparency.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery of web and digital platform projects across WordPress, Adobe, and AWS environments. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and delivery roadmaps. Coordinate internal development teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders. Track project progress, identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, and drive timely resolution.

Maintain Jira boards, sprint planning, dashboards, project documentation, and status reports. Monitor project KPIs, delivery metrics, and overall project health. Ensure governance processes, documentation standards, and delivery best practices are consistently followed. Escalate project risks, issues, and critical decisions to the Delivery Lead and relevant stakeholders.

Support Agile ceremonies, planning sessions, and delivery reviews. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering web or digital platform projects. Strong experience managing projects involving WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or Adobe Digital Experience solutions, and AWS. Excellent knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Hands-on experience with Jira and project tracking tools.

Strong project planning, scheduling, and dependency management skills. Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams and third-party vendors. Ability to manage project risks, issues, change requests, and stakeholder expectations. Strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills. Experience preparing executive-level status reports and delivery updates.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience working with MSD (Merck & Co.) or within the pharmaceutical/life sciences industry. Experience delivering enterprise web platforms or digital marketing initiatives. Knowledge of CI/CD processes and cloud-based web architectures. Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud products. PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are advantageous.
