Receptionist - Rehab Clinic - Part-Time (Bilingual Spanish-speaking Strongly Preferred)

Summary (Bilingual Spanish-speaking Strongly Preferred): Answers incoming calls and greets visitors to the department. Provides assistance to patients and visitors. Assists Imaging staff with scheduling, confirming appointments and interacting with physician office staff. Provides all records and documentation for ‘next-day’ appointments. Provide outside agencies with faxed request documentation for patient records.

Performs designated routine tasks related to the operation of the Rehab Clinic department including pre and post-care treatment cleaning functions, supply inventory and environment of care processes.
