Director, Investor Relations & Capital Markets

Crown Castle is seeking a Director to join its Corporate Finance team. The Corporate Finance team is responsible for managing the Company’s capital structure, investor relations program, treasury activities, and long-term business forecast. As a leader on the team, the Director will have broad exposure to many of Crown Castle’s financial and strategic initiatives.

The Director should enjoy working in a fast-paced, strategic role that provides opportunities to interact with various stakeholders internally and externally include the Company’s executive leadership team, investors, research analysts and rating agencies.
