Associate Director, Change Management & Governance

The Associate Director, Change Management and Governance plays a key role in enabling and advancing strategic and transformational initiatives across the organization. You will lead the development and execution of enterprise change management strategies, governance frameworks, and capability-building programs that support successful adoption of new ways of working, business processes, technologies, and organizational priorities.

As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, project sponsors, and business partners, you will establish and evolve the Change Management Centre of Excellence, strengthen organizational change capabilities, and create governance, reporting, and measurement frameworks that provide visibility into enterprise-wide change initiatives.
