Job description
This entry-level position is responsible for assisting with food preparation, cooking, and presentation of menu items while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen, banquet, and food service areas. The primary focus of this role is to ensure all kitchen equipment, dishes, utensils, and workspaces are cleaned and maintained to hotel standards; maintaining quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
This position supports the culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences for hotel guests, banquets, and special events.
