Security Supervisor - All Branches

Royal Institute comprises of 5 schools (under the banner of Royal Institute International School) and a higher education arm (Royal Institute of Colombo). Royal Institute has maintained a tradition of providing quality education to students for over 50 years. We are looking for a dynamic security supervisor to manage our security operations.

Job Description: Ability to supervise and manage security officers stationed of all school branches Ensure safe and secure environment for all stakeholders Preparation of duty rosters security personnel Assessment of threats and preparation of contingency plan Ensuring the security staff are performing their duties effectively Collaborate with local authorities when necessary Support in creating and implementing best practices for security Requirements: Minimum 10 years experience in the relevant field Fluency in Sinhala and basic English proficiency (Tamil will be an added advantage) Flexible for extended working hours Preference will be given for early retired persons from state military forces or police Experience in fire safety will be added advantage At Royal Institute International School, we are committed to diversity and equal opportunity.
