Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding. Screen applications and conduct phone and face-to-face interviews. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide recruitment updates. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Post vacancies across recruitment platforms and social media channels.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Prepare job offers, collect hiring documents, and support onboarding activities. Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Track recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rate.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Veterinary Medicine. Experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition (preferably in retail, healthcare, or pharmacy). Strong full-cycle recruitment and interviewing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience with onboarding and new hire orientation. Strong organizational and time management skills.
