- Lead the design, development, and delivery of mobile applications for banking/financial services.
- Architect secure and scalable mobile solutions aligned with enterprise and regulatory standards.
- Ensure compliance with BFSI regulations (data privacy, authentication, encryption standards, audit requirements).
- Drive secure coding practices and enforce mobile security frameworks (OWASP Mobile Top 10).
- Collaborate with product, compliance, risk, and security teams.
- Manage and mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Define and implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies (App Store/enterprise releases).
- Integrate mobile apps with backend systems, APIs, payment gateways, and third-party services.
- Monitor application performance, reliability, and security vulnerabilities.
- Handle production incidents including root cause analysis and resolution.
- Experience with Agile and DevOps practices
- Proven experience in BFSI domain Strong hands-on experience with:
- iOS (Swift) and/or Android (Kotlin)
- Mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture)
- API integration with secure authentication (OAuth2, JWT, OpenID Connect) Deep understanding of:
- Security protocols (SSL/TLS, encryption, certificate pinning)
- Multi-factor authentication (MFA) and biometric authentication
- Secure data storage and transactions
