KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assess client credit worthiness and process loan application Monitor loan repayments and follow up on areas Maintain accurate client records and credit files Conduct field visits to verify client information Prepare reports using MS Word, PowerPoint or Excel Ensure compliance with company credit policies and procedures Requirements EDUCATION QUALIFICATION: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 1 year in microfinance, credit management, or related role.
