Job description
This person is the responsible to lead equipment maintenance, automation upgrades, and systematic root-cause troubleshooting to maximize OEE, improve stability, and reduce operational costs. Responsible for managing PM schedules, spare parts inventory, and quality corrective actions while collaborating with industrial engineering on line balancing.
Mentors technical staff and ensures full compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards Requirements Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or a related field, or equivalent education and/or experience. Familiar with ISO quality system. Familiar with Semiconductor Assembly BE process. Have good knowledge in 6Sigma, DMAIC, SPC, FMEA, and Lean Manufacturing.
