Support Relationship Managers gain more clients confidence and trust in HSBC capabilities and increase the effectiveness and quality of needs fulfilled for target clients in need. Assist Relationship Managers relationships through identifying and uncovering client's needs, identifying relevant wealth solution and technical analysis, and assisting Relationship Managers in presenting and explaining solution(s) to client or conducting individually end to end sales processes on site (office, home or other locations requested by the clients).

Promote professional sale of insurance products.Provide specialist advice on appropriate insurance solutions to ensure the insurance/ protection needs of Wealth customers are well fulfilled Training Relationship Managers on technical and practical skills through programed trainings when needed and improve Relationship Managers product specific technical knowledge by effective on-job coaching.
