Job description

Job Title: Business System Analyst (Capital Market, Repo & Collateral Management) Work Model: Hybrid (3 Days WFO) Tenure: 12 Months Experience Required: 8-10 Years Skills: * Business Analysis * MySQL * Capital Markets and Financial Services Role Description: * Gather and document business requirements across trading, settlement, and post-trade systems.

  • Bridge business stakeholders (traders, operations) with technology teams for solution design. * Perform impact analysis for regulatory, product, or system changes (e.g., MiFID, Dodd-Frank). * Define functional specifications, data mappings, and system workflows. * Collaborate on the design of front-to-back systems covering the trade lifecycle (order execution, settlement).

  • Work on asset classes such as equities, fixed income, derivatives, and FX. * Analyze and document interfaces across systems (OMS, EMS, risk, clearing, custody). * Support integration of market data feeds (Bloomberg, Reuters) and reference data systems. * Drive UAT coordination, ensuring requirements traceability and validation.

  • Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce risk.
