Ensures that all reconciliation activities are conducted in strict accordance with the approved process manual. Displays This individual displays exceptional leadership and a meticulous attention to detail, fostering a culture of accuracy and analytical problem-solving. They exhibit a proactive, client-centric mindset and maintain professional composure when communicating with all stakeholders.
Delivers Delivers accurately reconciled accounts and a high-performing team that consistently meets compliance and performance targets. This results in mitigated financial risk, clear reporting for management, and strengthened client trust. Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in lending operations, banking, finance, or related fields. Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with additional experience in loan management systems considered an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail to identify discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently.
Proven experience with transaction reconciliation and account review, preferably within the lending industry. Proven experience in foreseeing negative scenarios and proactively implementing strategies to mitigate risks. Familiarity with SQL and relational databases would be a strong advantage. Experience in a management, supervisory, or team lead capacity is advantageous.
