Warehouse Operations Manager & Supervisor Location: Tyler, TX Employment Type: Full-time, On-site Warehouse Operations Manager: $110K+ (DOE) Warehouse Supervisor: $65K – $70K (DOE, 5+ years experience) We are seeking experienced Warehouse Operations Manager and Supervisor candidates to oversee daily warehouse operations and drive efficiency, productivity, and team performance in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping) Manage and develop warehouse staff (hiring, training, performance management) Ensure inventory accuracy, documentation, and compliance with company policies Monitor warehouse budget, labor costs, and operational KPIs Implement process improvements and technology solutions (WMS, automation, Lean) Maintain safety, quality, and efficiency standards Collaborate with logistics, purchasing, and production teams Provide reports and operational insights to management Manager: 10+ years of overall warehouse/logistics experience Supervisor: 5+ years of warehouse supervising experience Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Bilingual (Korean & English) required Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (preferred) Experience with WMS, ERP, and MS Office Proven track record in process improvement, cost reduction, and team development Ability to manage and operate in a warehouse environment All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
