Job description
As a Senior Engineer, Collaboration, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting advanced collaboration and contact center solutions across multiple platforms. You’ll work closely with clients, internal teams, and vendors to ensure successful solution delivery with a focus on Cisco Collaboration, Web.
Ex Calling, Microsoft Teams Calling, and Zoom Collaboration. This is a hands-on engineering role that also includes mentoring, documentation, and occasional pre-sales support.
