Job Description Omnicom Health Market Access (OHMA) is seeking a Data Engineer, Analytics to join the recently formed Digital & Analytics team. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and should thrive in a consultative role.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain our existing analytics products Analyze a wide range of datasets to inform our clients’ market access strategy and be able to connect the dots between data and business objectives Design and build static visualizations as well as interactive dashboards for data analysis Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience writing R or Python code (ability to use both required) 3+ years of experience using SQL 3+ years of experience building visualizations in a tool like Tableau or Power BI Experience building data pipelines on AWS or Azure A strong interest to learn the pharmaceutical industry and the market access ecosystem in depth.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in pharmaceutical marketing and/or strategy consulting in pharmaceuticals/healthcare or pharmaceutical advertising agency experience Process-oriented with great documentation skills Strong presentation skills Experience with Veeva CLM Advanced knowledge of Excel Experience working with LLM models or technical understanding of AI products
$120,000 - $136,500 Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
