Head Barista & Café Supervisor Location: Jubail Hiring: Local candidates only (Filipino, Nepalese, Indian) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and motivated Head Barista & Café Supervisor to lead daily café operations, ensure high-quality beverage preparation, and deliver excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on barista expertise, and the ability to manage a team efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily café operations and ensure smooth workflow Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and specialty beverages Train, supervise, and motivate barista staff Maintain consistency in drink quality, presentation, and service standards Monitor inventory, order supplies, and control stock levels Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are followed Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally Manage opening and closing procedures, including cash handling Implement company policies and operational procedures Requirements Proven experience as a Head Barista or Café Supervisor Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment Leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of inventory and cost control Locally available in Saudi Arabia (transferable Iqama preferred) Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in specialty coffee shops Training or certification in barista skills Multilingual communication skills (English required) Benefits Competitive salary (based on experience) Accommodation and transportation (if provided) Career growth opportunities
