Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Designer to craft compelling visual content that elevates our brand presence across key platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the visual identity of our luxury jewellery brand by producing high-quality, trend-aware designs that resonate with our audience.
You will take ownership of design projects from concept to completion, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines while maintaining a premium and cohesive social media grid. Your work will directly influence engagement and brand perception, making this a crucial role in our marketing success.
Responsibilities
Design visually engaging and platform-optimized creatives for Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest. Independently manage design tasks from initiation to delivery, meeting deadlines with minimal supervision. Plan and maintain a consistent, aesthetically pleasing social media grid aligned with brand identity. Edit and retouch jewellery images using Adobe Photoshop to emphasize intricate details and premium quality.
Create clean, professional illustrations and design elements using Adobe Illustrator. Ensure all visual content adheres strictly to brand guidelines, including colours, typography, and visual tone. Stay current with emerging design trends, particularly within the luxury and jewellery sectors. Collaborate effectively with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver aligned results.
Incorporate feedback efficiently and continuously refine design quality and output.
Requirements
Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in graphic design or social media design. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (mandatory). Solid understanding of branding principles, layout design, and colour theory. A strong portfolio showcasing relevant work (academic, internship, or freelance projects accepted). Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Exceptional attention to detail and a creative mindset. Excellent communication and time management skills.
