岗位职责 / Duties:
- 3PL Capacity Management: Divide the city level capacity target to third-party logistics (3PL) according to their performance. Monitor and ensure that target capacity metrics for partners are met. This includes evaluating performance and implementing improvements as needed.
- Data Extraction & Processing: Independently write efficient SQL queries to extract, clean, and integrate data for business teams.
- Dashboard Development: Design and maintain interactive dashboards to monitor KPIs in real time.
- Project Tracking & Collaboration: Participate in end-to-end business projects, track progress, and deliver data-driven reports to identify optimization opportunities.
- Data Support & Administrative Tasks: Document meeting minutes, archive files, and coordinate cross-functional communication.
