The Revenue Assurance Analyst is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and resolving discrepancies within the billing and revenue ecosystem to prevent revenue leakage and ensure accuracy across all revenue streams. This role partners cross-functionally to safeguard financial integrity, optimize billing processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
The analyst plays a key role in evaluating complex data, developing preventive controls, and ensuring accurate configuration of billing systems to maximize revenue capture within the telecommunications environment.
