Job description
POSITION OBJECTIVE
Responsible for end to end operational support of ETF creation/redemption and Listed Derivatives activities , ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and strong risk controls within the Korean market framework. The role supports high quality post trade execution and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSABILITIES
- Manage ETF creation and redemption lifecycle, including coordination with Authorized Participants (APs), exchange, fund administrators, and internal teams.
- Process and validate ETF orders, basket compositions, cash components, and settlement flows in line with market deadlines.
- Handle post trade processing for Listed Derivatives, OTC and Cash Equity transactions.
- Perform trade, position, and cash reconciliations between Front Office (FO), Back Office (BO), custodians, and clearing agents.
- Investigate and resolve settlement breaks, fails, and discrepancies, escalating material risks in accordance with control procedures.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports to BOK, FSS, and KOFIA, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle client and internal queries related to operations in a professional and responsive manner.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual processing, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen controls.
