Hiring: Application Developer – Microsoft Power Platform Location: Pune Work Mode: Work From Office (Day 1 Mandatory) Interview Mode: Face-to-Face (Mandatory) We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer / Administrator with strong expertise in Microsoft 365 collaboration and automation tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams, Viva Suite, Microsoft Forms)
• Design and develop automated solutions for governance and lifecycle management
• Improve customer self-service and digital collaboration processes
• Act as a technical liaison between business and internal teams
• Ensure security, compliance, and best practices across solutions
• Support tool selection for digitalization, automation, and AI initiatives
• Provide technical support and issue resolution for end users Required Skills:
• 7–9 years of IT experience (L3 level role)
• Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform / M365 ecosystem
• Experience in SharePoint, Teams, and automation workflows
• Strong understanding of governance, security, and lifecycle management
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
