Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

The Clinical Field Trainer (CFT) is a member of the Clinical Training Team and plays a vital role in developing the skills, confidence, and professional growth of clinical staff across the organization. This position supports the creation and maintenance of in-house training and educational resources while delivering onboarding, skills-based training, coaching, and ongoing job support to both new and existing employees.
