Job description
The Value Stream Manager – PVC / Sewing & Signs is responsible for leading the day-to-day operational performance of the PVC, Sewing and Signs business units. The role is accountable for delivering safe, efficient and reliable production outcomes, with a strong focus on on-time delivery, quality, production flow, inventory control and team leadership.
This position plays a key role in ensuring production areas are well planned, well managed and continuously improving, while supporting customer requirements and business performance targets.
