Senior GenAI Software Engineer – Contact Center Solutions (AWS, LLMs & Python) Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
- 10+ years of experience building large-scale, multi-tier distributed software systems.
- Hands-on experience with cloud technologies, particularly AWS services.
- Hands-on expertise with:
- Python
- AWS Lambda
- APIs
- LLM Models
- Java
- Experience with DevOps culture, tools, and best practices, including:
- Bitbucket
- Ansible
- Jenkins
- CDD
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work and collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple locations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to assess alternatives, risks, and benefits.
- Demonstrates agility in learning and implementing cutting-edge technologies across diverse technology stacks.
- Candidates eligible for Reliability Status Clearance will be preferred. Role

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement software delivery, cloud, GenAI, and DevOps processes.
- Create and maintain technical design artifacts, including:
- Application functionality
- Solution designs
- Data models
- Interfaces
- Integrations
- Contribute to and adopt global software engineering reusable best practice processes.
