TSYS Deployment Lead – Product Launch, Conversion & Release Management Required Skills & Responsibilities Deployment Planning & Execution

• Lead deployment planning and execution for product launches and portfolio conversions from TSYS to TSYS.
• Own the integrated deployment plan, including:
• Workstream runbooks
• Dependencies
• Cutover activities
• Readiness tracking for internal client and external vendor teams Conversion & Cutover Management
• Coordinate all pre-conversion activities.
• Lead:
• Mock conversions
• Dress rehearsals
• Production cutover execution
• Coordinate production product launch activities, including:
• Pilot rollout
• Customer rollout Platform & Workstream Coordination
• Manage environment collisions across Cortez and non-Cortez workstreams.
• Oversee delivery of new product features introduced on the target platform.
• Coordinate across technical and business teams to ensure successful implementation. Deployment Governance & Reporting
• Drive deployment governance throughout product launch and conversion workstreams.
• Manage deployment risks and mitigation activities.
• Provide executive reporting and implementation status updates through production delivery.
